A good result in a hard fought game against a tough Oswestry side.

Unlike the previous few results, this was alot closer, but eventually the boys shone through and got a deserved result.

A slow start saw the boys go a goal up through a long range strike from Harry C, who went on to score his third successive hat-trick on grass!! Oswestry then hit on the break, and capitalised on a 3 on 1 situation, to slot the ball in after a very fine save from the consistent Jamie Walsh in the home goal. Another long range effort, this time from Cameron Murphy made it 2-1 to the hosts at half time. And just after the break, Camster netted his second with a great right footed strike, before the home defence were once again caught wandering, leaving 2 on 1 at the back and resulting in an almost carbon copy of the visitor-s first, after Jay had made another fine save. 3-2.

Then up popped the Potter to net his second, finishing off a fine move, before completing his hat-trick with a cracking solo effort, rounding several players before slotting a fine shot past the keeper.

Not a classic display, but some great moments and plenty to learn from!!
