ABOUT THE TEAM

Our weekly football creche for 5 -7 year old boys and girls will start again on Tuesday 12th January 2009 at Roman Road Sports Centre (next to Meole Brace School), from 5.30 to 6.30 pm

The creche is organised by fully qualified coaches and will run indoors for the first two terms before going outdoors in the Summer term.

The cost is £10 per player per term (£30 for the season).

Please bring shinpads, a drink and a smile!

The creche is now full until Easter. To register call Nigel Merchant (07799 340896) or Carl Johnson (07887 624811) for further details.

Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
